How long does it take for my order to be made and shipped?

Each item is handmade with care, which means it takes 3-5 days to craft before shipping. Once completed, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. unfortunately. International shipping is unavailable.

What if my item gets damaged?

I stand by the quality of my handmade products. If your item arrives damaged or becomes damaged over time, you can send it back, and I’ll fix it free of charge! (You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost to send it back to me.)

How should I clean my bag?

Since my crochet bags are delicate, washing should be avoided when possible. However, if necessary, you can:
Hand wash gently with mild soap and air dry
Machine wash on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag and air dry

Avoid using a dryer, as it may cause damage to the yarn or shape of the bag.

Processing Time

Each bag is handmade to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for it to be made before shipping.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within the U.S. only (no international shipping).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Repairs

  • Due to the handmade nature of our items, returns are not accepted.
  • If your item is damaged, you may send it back for a free repair. However, you must cover the shipping costs to send it back.

Care Instructions

To keep your crochet bag looking its best:

  • Avoid washing unless necessary.
  • Hand wash and air dry OR machine wash on a gentle cycle (in a laundry bag) and air dry.
  • Do not use a dryer.
